Nunca Pares Campaign

Toyota Latino approached me to create artwork as an extension of their social media “Nunca Pares” campaign. In the beginning of the campaign, customers were asked to describe what “Nunca Pares” (“never stop”) meant to them as Latinos. From those responses, the team gathered 3 quotes for me to illustrate and letter into images for use on social media.

As part of the social campaign, I was asked to record 4 videos. The first 3 videos were the customer quotes, where I talked about what each quote meant to me. Last was the hero video for the phrase “Nunca Pares”, where I talked about my own story as a first-generation Nicaraguan-American born to immigrant parents.

The campaign also included Instagram Stories for each of the 3 quotes, and customers were encouraged to download the designs as phone wallpapers.
