I am SO excited to announce my upcoming online class, Holiday Handlettering Using Apple Procreate! I’ve teamed up with fellow professional lettering artist Caroline Staniski to bring you this online workshop to teach you the basics of digital lettering plus tips on how to level up!

Who is it for?
Minimal experience is needed for this class! This workshop will be a great opportunity for designers, artists, and anyone seeking a new creative skill. It’s perfect for lettering beginners who want to learn how to form letters and practice different alphabets. Experienced letterers will walk away with valuable tips and tricks using Procreate.
You will walk away with the tools you need to take on new hand lettered projects!
What you will get
A two-session, 80-minute workshop via Zoom. Each attendee will be emailed a digital workbook they can print and use during the workshop.
What you will learn
First 40-Minute Session with Caroline: Tools and Letters
Lettering Styles: Basic lettering styles and attributes
Digital Brushes: The types of digital pencils you can use and examples
Guidelines: Setting them up to use them
Lettering Warm Up: Practice a few letters in Procreate
Phrase Warm Up: Learn to build out the phrase “Merry Everything” in pencil from guideline to sketch
Second 40-Minute Session with Jessica: Leveling Up Your Lettering
Composition: Learn how to use visual hierarchy
Thumbnail Sketches: Explore different layouts
Final Sketch: Iterate, choose lettering styles, and refine
Inking: Add embellishments and color

Fine Print
All attendees are required to have an iPad Air or iPad Pro with Apple Procreate + Apple Pencil to complete this workshop. You can also participate traditionally and print the workbook if need be.
Due to the nature of this workshop, there are no refunds.
A digital recording will be sent to all participants who cannot make the live event.
